On Friday and Saturday, July 13-14, The B&B Team, the leading inn consultants and
brokers in the country, are coming to IW Vermont to lead a one day crash course. They will cover the same material that's covered in their full weekend seminar.
To give you a reason to come early, we're offering a wine & food pairing class on Friday, July 13 at 6 pm inside our Hidden Kitchen classroom out in the old barn loft. Led by Vermont Wine Cellars, it will be a great way to socialize with others who might be considering their own inn adventure. We're also offering a special guest room rate.
Honestly, this course is something that we wish we would have participated in before buying this inn. We would have still bought, but we would have been more prepared before jumping in with both feet in the middle of Fall Foliage. It's a big decision to buy any business, but especially an inn, because unless you're going to have someone else manage it, inn ownership is a life style choice.
