THE HIDDEN KITCHEN CLASSROOM

WE OFFER HANDS-ON CLASSES, NOT DEMO.

Taught by guest chefs, cookbook authors and our own Chef Michael Ehlenfeldt, you'll learn shortcuts and how to create full menus. You'll gather from the IW Vermont garden, maybe roast over an open pit or forage in the woods.

Maximum of 12 students. Classes are nonrefundable although you're more than welcome to re-gift your class to someone else. Stay overnight and enjoy 20% off room rate. Call (802) 263-9217  to book.
