Denis Chasse Plein Air painting workshops and Katheryn Chasse classical yoga Iyengar Style workshops will awaken your creative spirit. The two day workshops run from 9am till 4:30pm with an hour for lunch. Participants can chose either to learn outdoor painting and/or yoga.

Learn to paint in the tradition of the Gloucester School of Outdoor Painting founded by Emile Gruppe. Trained at the Art Institute of Boston, Denis will instruct you in composing a scene with vibrant color and design. His classes are for beginners or intermediates in either oil or watercolor. Katheryn has a passion for yoga. It is a lifetime joy! She is trained in classical yoga and recently completed a year long course in becoming a certified instructor. It is this background that enables her to work effectively with each student through a variety of poses that are calming, cleansing, restful and energizing. With years of yoga training to her credit, Katheryn will help anyone develop and deepen their practice of yoga and use it in the work of healing not only one's body, but one's life.

Participants may choose to sample some of the painting and yoga sessions during the two days workshops.
