Back Waiter – No experience necessary. Looking for someone who’s a fast learner, wants to be part of a fast paced restaurant known for some of the finest farm-to-table cuisine in New England. Earn $4.50 per hour plus a percentage of the tip share. Dress attire is all black pants, long sleeve cotton black fitted t-shirts with crew necks and black shoes. Hair must be in a bun or pinned back and must be off your collar during service. 10-20 hours per week. Perfect position for the right high school student.
Prep/Pastry Cook – Must have 2-3 years experience and able to work days 9am-3 pm. 20-30 hours per week, depending on the season. Must be a self-starter.
Culinary Internships – Train with a professional executive chef who makes his own pastas, charcuterie, cheese, butter, butchers, makes his own desserts and grows his own vegetables.
